CEO Robert Webster

With over 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, I bring a deep technical and strategic expertise to asset acquisition development and divestment.  Extensive expertise in enhanced oil recovery (EOR), and carbon capture, utilization, and storage (CCUS).  Along with a rich background in banking I hold a P.G. license (#6170) and both an BS and MS in Geology that fully enhances my foundation in the energy landscape.  Previously I have been involved in screening CCUS and EOR acquisitions in the Permian Basin while building relationships with carbon capture partners and shaping carbon capture strategy.

My technical experience spans a wide range of subsurface activities including seismic analysis, well planning, reservoir characterization, probabilistic risk analysis, and volumetric calculations of oil and gas reserves. I have applied these skills in diverse projects across various basins and plays globally, covering exploration, asset development, and A&D.

In addition to my technical expertise, I’ve held leadership roles in the banking sector as a Director of Subsurface Valuation, managing technical teams for A&D transactions and fairness opinions.

My focus is on advancing the energy transition while ensuring sustainable growth within the oil and gas industry.
